UPS, Transformers and Generators Inspection

Thermal Imaging can easily detect temperature anomalies of electrical or mechanical components that are overheating which commonly indicate a potential problem that requires maintenance. Using Thermal imaging and TICOR™ software you can now generate thermal imaging reports onsite for instant fault diagnosis. TICOR™ Reports can then be synced to WEBCOR™ for online data capture and management of inspections offering unique trending capabilities. By regularly monitoring equipment and logging reports via WEBCOR™ you can manage and keep a record of abnormal temperature readings over a period of time. Monitoring changes in trending patters gives you a valuable insight on when maintenance is required. WEBCOR™ gives you the functionality to compare the last 4 thermal images on the same trend page and offers a temperature graph with all data from previous inspections so you can effectively monitor changes and schedule remedial works if required. WEBCOR™ can be used to schedule and log TICOR inspections and provides a documented paper trail that can be used when planning maintenance or dealing with insurance providers. Quality control features are also built into the system so reports have to be approved by a responsible team member or 3rd party to be signed off.
